My hope in creating this online yoga studio is to help you feel really good by optimising your movement, and deepening your knowledge of the body during your practice on the mat, for better functional movement in daily life off the mat… so that we move well for years to come!

Video Membership

The Weekly Video Programme

Keep your yoga practice fresh and your routine consistent. Each new week is thoughtfully compiled and structured to create a balanced movement programme with a different focus for each session and a variety of class lengths and styles.

With this membership you also have access to a growing library of on-demand classes which you can use to supplement the weekly programme or tailor your routine if there is a specific area of the body that you want to spend more time on.

Live-Streamed Yoga Classes

Join me for 1-hour yoga classes streamed live from my studio in Wales. A typical week consists of 10+ classes, with a variety of class styles to choose from (gentle, beginners/improvers, hatha, hatha flow and vinyasa).

With this membership you also have access to the weekly video programme and the on-demand class library.

Meet Natasha

Hi! I'm so happy to have you here. I've been a full-time yoga instructor since 2016, and have taught close to 7,000 classes over the last decade teaching people of all ages, shapes and sizes.

I love teaching anatomy-inspired yoga classes that are grounded in the principles of functional movement, as I truly believe that improving the quality of our movement improves the quality of our life.

Yoga is not only about movement though, and my own experience of this rich practice has been one of feeling supported both mentally and physically, and I'm grateful for all the moments of comfort and inspiration that yoga continues to offer.
